Murals & Decorative Painting
$8-$60 per sq. ft, determined by complexity & size of project
Murals have painting coverage of every square inch
Decorative painting does not cover every square inch

Faux
$1.50-$12.00 per sq. ft (per layer), determined by complexity to achieve desired finish

TIME FRAME
All proposals include estimated time to complete
Variables such as size and complexity of project determine time frame for completion

SCHEDULING
Down payment of 50% due in order to schedule work to be done

SKETCHES
$35 Non-refundable charge per sketch payable at time of request.
Any changes requiring additional sketches (ie. changing to a completely different design, or wanting more than one to choose from) is $35 each, payable at the time request is made.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do the walls need to be prepped for painting?

A: Yes. For faux finishes & murals the areas should be freshly painted prior to any work being started. We recommend and can provide discounts for premium Sherwin Williams paints. We will advise you as to what color the area should be base painted. To ensure best results, satin or eggshell finish is recommended as base coat for faux.

Q: Should we move furniture prior to work being started?

A: Yes. Furniture will need to be moved at least 4 feet away from the areas being painted. Anything on the walls, windows, or ceiling that will interfere with the painting process will need to be removed prior to work being started. This includes window treatments, pictures, outlet covers, towel racks, etc.
